Please download the registration form, fill it out & mail it with your remittance to: Love2Dance 874 Sweetser Avenue, Novato Ca 94945. Once your registration is received by Love2Dance you will receive an e-mail confirming your spot in class.  If space is no longer available; a representative of Love2Dance will contact you to make other arrangements or to issue a refund.  Please send us an e-mail if you wish to find out about space availability or class placement prior to submitting your registration.  Prior approval is required for all level II and advanced level classes.

Additional Information

Love2Dance accepts cash or check.  We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.  Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.  Please include your e-mail address & your registration fee.  Registration fees are non-refundable.  Bounced Checks will be charged a fee of $25.  All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Tuition Information

Students have the option to make payments monthly or to pay for the entire semester in advance.

Love2Dance offers a Multiple Class/Family Discount program for students/families enrolled in more than one class per week that are paying for the semester in full.  The discount will be applied to the tuition cost only.

Discount is already reflected in the price listed above.

Students enrolled in 1 class per week receive a 5% courtesy discount on tuition when paid in full. Two classes per week receive a 10% discount.  Three or more receive a 15% discount.
